All orders are lovingly handmade by me. All orders have a 4 week waiting time. If you would like something urgently, please pop me an email and I will try my best to accommodate you.

No, all orders are final as they are made to order. In the unlikely event your jewellery should break, please email me and we can come to a resolution.

I send all orders via Special by 1pm service via Royal Mail. Once I have dispatched your order, I will email you with the tracking number.

Alternatively, if you are located in London I am happy to organise a courier or for you to collect from me.

You can pay via PayPal through the website, or via bank transfer. please email me and I can send you the bank details.

I offer a clean & polish one year after purchase, free of charge, to give your jewellery a new lease of life.

When purchasing gold dipped jewellery, I would advise removing your jewellery when coming into contact with water and soaps, to keep it at its best for longer.

If the ring size isn’t quite right, I will resize for you once, free of charge. If you are still unhappy, I am more than. happy to resize it for you at a £15 fee.
